Kanohi Tryna, Mask of Reanimation
This mask, so far only known to be worn by Toa Matoro Mahri, is capable of navigating and controlling undetectable stuff called Life Energy, in lack of a more descriptive name.
The Life Energy can, when streaming through a physical body, support the owner of it. Life Energy is not what´s keeping us alive; rather, it is what makes the difference between Living and Surviving; all living things starts out with an amount of Life Energy; Even though it has a physical (yet undetectable) presence, it cannot be spilled out of a body physically. Only emotions controls one's amount of Life Energy.
A being can have lost its Life Energy, yet still be alive. This means that the being would have lost all dreams and hopes, but is still capable of doing its best to reach its goals, even though it will feel no happiness or satisfaction about it.
Contrary to this, a dead corpse can be physically supported by Life Energy; This happens rarely not on purpose, since Life Energy is very rare to be found anywhere else than in a being.
The wearer of a Tryna can move a part of their own Life Energy into one or more dead corpses. These will act as living beings, but will not have a consciusness of its own. When stopping to reanimate the corpse, it will continue being dead, and not have any physical or mental signs of having been affected by the Tryna.
